Some federal government buildings and monuments are kept dry with huge levees, cutting straight through what used to be roads and houses, and massive pumps powered by tidal energy from the Potomac River. As a young senator from Western Pennsylvania the character must fight, legislate, and talk-show interview their way to success. Can you prevent Haliburton and General Dynamics from building megalomaiacal geo-engineering projects? Can you provide free wi-fi and organic community gardens to the fish farm pirates of the Chesapeake Bay? Only time and climate will tell in the seedy swamps of south-east Maryland.
