looks great, dude. is your boss seriously named Johns Hopkins?! man, that's some hardcore baltimore credibility right there.
douuble looks good.
There are a few pages that need some introductory copy (the advocacy pages), and you could play around with a few more font styles ( http://www.theonion.com/articles/nation-shudders-at-large-block-of-uninterrupted-te,16932/ ). But in terms of structure and content and ease of navigation, it look great!
